Terms and conditions
- Published rates are quoted in Rands inclusive of VAT.
- The booking is a binding agreement when the client has received the confirmation email to the email address set in the booking form.
- If the reservation is made more than 72hours before arrival there is a 4 hours right to withdraw the order without any cancellation fees.
- Changes to a booking must be made directly to bookings@piketberg.co.za.
- Payment is to be made by via Payfast to confirm the booking.
- The client is responsible for any additional costs for drinks and food ordered from Piquet Collective.
- If the meeting goes beyond the booking time, the client will be charged extra per hourly rate if the meeting room has not been booked by someone else, upon which the client has to vacate the meeting room before the next scheduled meeting.
- The premises may not be used for any other activities other than a meeting, conference or private event. Should the premises be misused the Landlord is entitled to cancel or abort the event, while the client remain liable to pay the costs that has incurred due to the booking.
- The client is responsible for any damages to the premises or the equipment.
- All food and beverages have to be purchased from Piquet Collective unless arranged beforehand.
- Piquet Collective reserves the right to adjust the rates or in the event of force majeure beyond their control. Piquet Collective must inform the client of any increase in price as soon as possible.
- The maximum capacity of the indoor area is 15 people and 40 people outside.
Cancellation policy
- 31 days or more before booking: 20% cancellation fee is charged
- 30 - 14 days before booking: 70% cancellation fee is charged
- 13 days or less: 100% cancellation fee is charged
- Changes to the event must be made in writing to bookings@piketberg.co.za
- The definition of a change is such as: changing the date, number of participants, seating order, catering, etc. Any change may involve a change in price.
